To send in your fork/shock for service, first complete the form below. (Local customers can just walk in—you don't need to fill this out.) If your fork/shock isn't in the list below, we probably can't fix it. Call or email us with any questions.
In general, fork and shock service includes full disassembly, inspection and cleaning as well as new wipers, seals and o-rings, and fresh oil. If any hard parts are damaged or worn we'll contact you after the inspection process to discuss options and any additional costs.
Return shipping is additional to the prices below and is typically $10-20 for FedEx Ground. Our in-house turnaround is typically a week or less. We will contact you for payment by credit card or PayPal once your repair is complete.
