    At your service...

Shockspital performs factory-authorized service on mountain bike suspension and hydraulic disc brakes for both local and mail-in customers. Whether you need a fork overhaul, rear shock service or brake bleed, you found the right place. We provide service for both consumers and shops.

Not sure whether your fork or shock is due for service? Read our helpful diagnosis guide.

We are known for being one of the last places in the country (world?) that will work on old (pre-2005) mountain bike suspension components. And as much as we love to keep your vintage MTB running, many of these older forks and shocks are becoming truly impossible to find parts for. In order to focus on the suspension components we can work on, we're shortening the list of things that we will accept for service. If it's not on the list below, we can't fix it. Please call or email us with any questions.

    SUSPENSION WE WORK ON

    Fox
+ All forks (older Terralogic [pre-2008] and TALAS [pre-2009] forks may require replacement damper/air spring assemblies as small parts are no longer available)
+ All post-2004 rear shocks except Specialized BRAIN/AFR (Float/Triad/DRCV rear shocks may need to be sent back to Fox for damper work, which can slow the process down)

    RockShox
+ All SID, Psylo, Duke, Reba, Revelation, Boxxer, Totem, Recon, Sektor, Tora, Lyrik, Domain, Argyle forks (no tapered lowers; pre-2008 forks are very difficult to find replacement parts for if something is damaged, but we still have service parts)
    + All post-2008 rear shocks

    Cannondale (Headshok/Lefty)
+ All post-2004 Leftys (DLR and SPV Max forks may need to be upgraded to the new PBR/XLR damper)
+ All post-2004 Headshok Fatty/Ultra (some models may need to be upgraded to new DLR damper)
+ Older Headshok/Lefty forks may qualify for Cannondale's Fork Exchange Program (reduced pricing on new replacement fork)

    Manitou
+ All post-2005 Minute, R7, Tower, Match, Circus, Dorado, Marvel forks (except IT travel adjust forks)
    + All post-2005 rear shocks

    X-Fusion
    + All post-2005 forks
    + All post-2005 rear shocks

    Maverick
+ All forks and shocks, though replacement parts are nonexistent if something is damaged

    Marzocchi
+ All straight-leg forks with one-piece lowers (no older tapered models or lowers that are bolted together with the brake bosses)
+ Because Marzocchi does not provide service parts, the most we can do for these forks is an oil change and main wipers. For newer forks, cartridge replacement may be an option if internals are damaged.

    Cane Creek
+ AD-series and Cloud Nine rear shocks

    White Brothers
    + Most forks

Most suspension repairs fall between $80 and $180. Just go to the inquiry page and we will get back to you with an estimate, or simply head to admitting to check a job in. Most repairs are back on their way to you in under a week.

All our work is guaranteed for 90 days.
